WAGNER -
Protective
Wall Padding according to DIN / ISO / EN |
Point-
or combined-elastic protective wall padding
for gymnastic- and multipurpose halls is primarly
an accident protection for athletes. Due to statutory
requirements and legal regulations, the German
Federation of Health Insurance
Companies (Bundesverband der Unfallkrankenkassen
BUK) compiled a binding guidline for
certification and quality control of impact protection
facilities and barriers (GS-SKB-04 / 5.85).
Impact and collision
protection devices are subject to continous
monitoring by neutral testing institutes.
Our
protective wall padding facilities are tested, certified
and monitored by the Research and Material Testing Institute of
Baden Wuerttemberg (Forschungs- und Materialprüfungsanstalt
Baden Württemberg / FMPA -
Otto Graf Institute) and the Institute for Sport Facilities Testing (Institut
für Sportstättenprüfung / ISP). |

|
Combined-elastic
impact
protection walls
consist of a point-elastic
protective padding - adhesively
bonded to an area-elastic substructure
(made of solid hardwood, hardboard
or plywood).
Point-elastic
wall padding can also be glued
directly to the wall when the surface
is smooth or has been leveled.
Protective
wall coverings usually consist of
a multy-layer structure with a flexile
top layer and a padding base layer.
