Basic components of a public tender - for architects, builders and developers

Sprung floors for the general use in gymnatic halls and multifunction halls and special designs of low-hight (area-elastic) floors. As the relevant connection measures permit, the design of a sprung floor on base of elastic double swing-beams should be preferred because of its advantages in terms of sturdiness, wear behaviour, versatility and economy. The minimum height of sprung floors is approximately 100mm.

In the event the dimensions of the provided connection levels do not allow the installation of a double-beam floor, WAGNER SPORTBODENBAU provides a fully ventilated and flat special design of sprung floor >>> ES20 MXB.

For the installation of underfloor heatings, the sports floor must be elevated. Insulation material and heating pipes are installed beneath the subfloor structures. Basic components of a public tender:	- Request for a quotation, which should contain the essential data as follows: Location and date of the construction project, type of public tender (public, restricted... etc.), developer, owner and supervision, deadlines for submission of the bid and award.
	- Application conditions for participation in the public procedure.
	- Conditions as per contract, like proof certificates, payment conditions, examination procedures... etc.
	- Additional conditions - like electronic rendering of invoices... etc.
	- Special conditions - concerning social security, occupation of foreign workers, subcontractors, occupation of handicapped people or regarding co-operations of bidders observance of wage rates... etc.
	- Special conditions - concerning supply and disposal at the building site, shelters, delivery of and safety regulations... etc.
Reconstruction works:	- Disassembly and temporary storage of the inserted sports apparatus.
	- Disassembly and temporary storage of other devices, like skirtings, profiles, dorres and gates... etc.
	- Disassembly and disposal of the existing sports floor, including thermal insulation material, moisture barrier... etc.
Preparation of the underground:	- Cleaning and sealing (as far as necessary) of the base floor.
Moisture barriers:	- Supply, installation and welding of a multilayer moisture barrier. Vapor diffusion factor µ 1,250,000, equivalent air layer thickness 620m... etc.
Moisture barriers:	- Additional installation works and sealing of the moisture barriers around acces panels for underfloor services or sockets for sports equipment.
Levelling:	- Preparation works for the levelling of the sports floor.

	- Levelling of the substructure.
	- If an underfloor heating is planned: the substructure must be prepared (lifted) for the installation of heating pipes.
	- Supply and installation of the thermal insulation made of PUR-foam or other insulation material (DIN / ISO / EN).
	- If an underfloor heating is planned: For hoisting the substructure, the thermal insulation must be shifted (PU-foam) or completely installed inbetween the double beams.
	- Subfloor
	- PE-layer as a protection from noise and and vapor barrier.
	- Load distributing layer - made of chip board or plywood (dends on type). With grooved and tongued joint - screwed on subfloor structure.
	- Additional installation works to connect the substructure around acces panels for underfloor maintenance or sockets for sports equipment, pipes, columns and alongside passages to other rooms.
Rigid base course for storage rooms: incl. substructure, thermal insulation, subfloor, noise / vapor barrier - and load distributing layer	- Installation of a rigid subfloor in storage rooms.
	- Levelling of the rigid subfloor structure.
	- If an underfloor heating is planned: the substructure must be prepared (lifted) for the installation of heating pipes.

LINOLEUM / PARQUET surface layers: solid parquet and multi-layer sports parquet	- Supply and installation of the LINOLEUM surface layer, 4mm mono-layer, direction and colour after arrangement. Make DLW-LINODUR or equivalent.
	- Additional installation works of surface layer around acces panels for underfloor maintenance or sockets for sports equipment, pipes, columns and alongside passages to other rooms.
	- Fixing of the surface layer on the covers for removable sections.
Sports equipment, fixing devices... etc:	- Supply and installation of acces panels for underfloor maintenance or sockets for sports equipment.... etc.
Skirtings, edgings and covers... etc.	- Supply and installation of ventilated safety skirtings... etc.
Skirtings, edgings and covers... etc.	- Supply and installation of twin chamber profiles alonside passages into other rooms.
Court markings:	- Measure and application of the court markings (dimensions and colour due to the valid guidelines of the sports associations - or according to special arrangement). Two-components PU colour varnish - KIPP or equivalent.
Coating:	- Coating of the surface with two-component transparent varnish.
Cleaning and prime maintance:	- Cleaning and prime maintance after finishing the sports floor.
Hourly rate for auxiliary work:	- Hourly rate for auxiliary work - after arrangement.
