The
area-elastic double swing-beam sprung floor ist
an advanced development of the classic sprung floor,
which is based on the substructure of a so
called "double cross" - combined with
subfloor, load distributing layer and a performance
surface. The modern structures replaced the "double
cross" by a substructure of elastic double
swing-beams.
As long as the relevant connection measures permit, the design
of the sprung floor based on a substructure,
made of elastic double swing-beams
should be preferred because of its advantages in
terms of sturdiness, wear behaviour, versatility
and economy. The minimum height of sprung floors is approximately 100mm.
Flexible
double swing-beams are manufactured exclusively
from excellent raw materials. Considering both,
technical requirements and economic aspects at the
same time, the following raw material is suitable
over all: NORDIC PINE, NORWAY SPRUCE or PLYWOOD.
In
the event the dimensions of the provided connection
levels do not allow the installation of a double-beam
floor, WAGNER SPORTBODENBAU provides a fully ventilated
and flat special design of sprung floor >>>
ES20 MXB.
For
the installation of underfloor heatings, the
sports floor must be elevated. Insulation material and
heating pipes are installed beneath the subfloor structures. For
