Elastic double swing-beams and subfloor made of 13-layer plywood - according to DIN / ISO / EN 18032-2: 2001-04. Subject to continous quality control according to DIN-CERTCO. Distance inbetween the the swing-beams (centre-centre) - 500mm. Subfloor and load distributing layer made of 9-layer BFU-plywood - according to DIN / ISO / EN 13986, 636 und 68705/3. Suitable for the installation of underfloor heating. Proof Certificate - no 111305/37018.

Noise and sound propagation

Due to the design - low noise and acoustic propagation and low propagation of vibrations.
Fastening technology

The load distributing panels are bolted to the subfloor - the substucture of double beams and subfloor (blind floor) is nailed.

Equipment sleeves and manholes

Equipment pods and hooks, consisting of frame and cover - made of plastic or aluminum - coated with the top layer of the hall surface. Clear passage up to 330mm.

Connections

Transitions to rigid floors in adjoining rooms by elastic profiles - wall connections as hardwood skirting boards.
Load distribution layer

F2-layers - 9mm BFU plywood panels

Underfloor heating

For the installation of underfloor heatings, the sports floor must be elevated.

Multi-purpose use

Suitable flooring recommended - like 4mm sports linoleum etc.

Load-bearing capacity

1. design and structure of the sports floor:

1.1 Moisture resistant base layer, made of reinforced bitumen on top of a flat and smooth industrial floor.

1.2 Polyurethane(PUR)-bonded rubber granulate bearing pads - adhesively bonded to plywood supports (100x55x9mm).

1.3 Flexible double swing-beams, made of elastic 13- / and 9-layers BFU-plywood boards. Internal distance hold by bridges. Top- and bottom boards are stagert about 250mm. Plywood 13- / bzw. 9-layers due to DIN / ISO / EN 13986 and 636.
